Our management team is comprised of a group of highly motivated professionals that are committed to providing our clients with a level of service beyond their expectations.

Russ Donnici who currently serves as President founded Mechanical Air Service, Inc. in July 1977. Mr. Donnici is heavily committed to and actively involved in the HVAC and Indoor Air Quality fields. He is an ASHRAE member and USGBC (LEED) member and has served on several technical committees. In addition, Russ has served on the advisory board of a local HVAC trade school and San Jose City College. Russ is an accredited member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and holds a lifetime Community College Teachers Credential. Danielle Larson, VP Finance. Her responsibilities include all financial issues of the company and coordinates areas such as Human Resources as well as Marketing and Customer Service. Matt Donnici, VP Construction has been with the company since 1996. He is responsible for all construction related activities of the company. Matt has extensive experience in mechanical systems, radiant heating and geothermal systems. Contact Matt via EMAIL

Scott Larson is our VP of Service and Marketing. He started with us in 1998 while still serving on active duty in the United States Coast Guard as a helicopter mechanic. He joined the company full time in 2002. Scott is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the service department, project management, and new client acquisition.
